Be it upon your head then. An adjective is a word used to describe or modify a noun. For example, if you were to say ‘an angry charlatan’ the word ‘angry’ would be an adjective whilst the word ‘charlatan’ would be a noun. The word ‘charlatan’ is a noun. It is not an adjective. It is not possible to use it as an adjective.
