No way, i was discussing this bloke with a work colleague not so long ago! A few lads from wigan and leigh college mentioned his name during a lecture but i didnt really take much notice to be honest, all i heard was this big black bloke who used to go round asking young lads to tense their muscles, then he'd feel them and say stuff like 'do you go to the gym' and 'you should join my gym, would you like my number'....shit like that. I didnt really believe much of it but quite a few of them mentioned him so i thought he just operated around wigan, leigh and surrounding areas, that was in 2000...... Not very long after that i was walking across Morrisons car park in town towards the train station when this big black bloke come from nowhere and started asking me questions about the gym and stuff, i absolutely shat myself, he asked me if i wanted a free gym pass and if i did id have to come with him to his gym which was just down the road, i said no thanks and fooking ran as quick as i could! Ive never heard his name mentioned since then, reading this topic and the posts sent a shiver down my spine, he nearly made me piss my pants i was that scared at the time!!

I went paintballing a couple of sundays ago up in wigan. When the blokes who run it were going through the rules and laws he clearly stated that no-one must use the butt of the gun as a weapon, so it must of happened up there aswell! Not surprised really, imagine all the testosterone flying around when 30 males are running round shooting the fook out of each other!!!!

Great call my friend, there are 2 varieties in the cash 'n' carry, a hot one and a milder one called Cheeky chilli that still has a bit of a kick to it, can definitely recommend it!!!!

I used to play for Darcy Lever and its a great way to pass the weekend, now since the missus has had the kids i just watch, but this season i will be a devoted Kearsley follower, all being well they should have a decent side this year. Some great times to be had on and off the field! Good luck lads!

I dont think it was due to that fire cos Cambell Street is quite a distance away from the plodder lane/bradford road junction, never know it might of been due to that incident. There were loads of police vehicles present though and also an ambulance, oh yes and a forensic tent was up at the side of the hair dressers, think its called a touch of class or summat like that?

Me and the missus were in a taxi on our way home from Stoneclough last night and the driver took us through Beverly Hills (farnworth) then up plodder lane but he had to take a right onto the flower estate before he got to the bradford road turn because there were shat loads of police tape everywhere and loads of police cars and vans, looked like summat serious had gone down? Anyone know anything????

Ok thanks alot people, i think cos theyre quite new out the controllers are still really expensive, i'll either have to get in touch with the local smack-head or wait for a good bargain at argos or somewhere like that? Thanks again for your suggestions anyway.......

I recently bough a wii package from argos which included the console, all the leads and sensor bar, wii sports and 1 contoller and nunchuk. I could do with another controller and nunchuk as its not much fun having to play 1 player games all the time, but ive looked at prices for controllers and the going rate seems to be ?29.99 for the remote and ?15 for the nunchuk, which is a little bit pricey imo! So my question is, does anyone know of anywhere that sells the controllers for less than that? You might say im a cheap skate but we all want things for cheaper! Any info is greatly appreciated.
