  1. They wont have time for team talks its the last game of the season table tennis tournament, the final is at half time
  2. I think fair play to him, he knows he could get a bigger contract if he waited till summer, but am pretty sure he does not wanna screw us over. I dont blame hime for making sure he gets the best out of this deal Good Luck Gary
  3. [quote name='derek smalls' timestamp='1316530799' post='904067 support someone else but its not the same. you won`t have involuntary spasms when they miss a sitter or let a shit goal in, you`ll just do like the kid behind the bar and laugh. and when they win you wont walk home with a smile on your face and spend all evening watching every footy program on the box to see what people say about our world beating display. passion not fashion sums it up beautifully. the glass is half full Quality post, so true
  4. i hope he sees sense, We cant keep hoofing it up to davies, an i have said it for years but someone needs to work with jussi on his distibution
  5. Not sure , were heading up there in a bit so will post on here if we find somewhere,
  6. Its not all doom and gloom, we have a squad thats capable of winning, yesterday first half was shocking but second half we looked better, it will be intersting to see if Kev Davies starts next week
  7. when he was allowed to attack he looked good, an then coyle chose to sub him as he was having a good spell, anytime we went forward in the second half he was involved
  8. I dont think he did anything wrong yesterday with regards to their goals, but his distribution was awful and he holds on to the ball for far too long when we have players in space screaming for the ball.
  9. I have been behind coyle since he took over but i find myself questioning hum now , at the start of last season we played some good football and we really looked like we were moving forward, i feel that since the 5-0 shocker last year at wembley we have reverted back to hoofing the ball up to Kev Davies, Its clear it does not work and as great as davies has been for us its defo time for a change, in tuncy and ngog we have some real quality, they should defo be starting upfront together for me. I also question Jussi again he has been a great servant for us but that should not be enough for him to start still, the signs were there last season that his time maybe up, so why sell Al Habsi, he should have been made our number 1 this year , maybe its time to give Bogdan a chance, I was happy with boyata yesterday and i look forward to him sloting in next to cahill when stienson is back, we also miss CYL as eagles is no way near that standard, The return of Holden should make a difference i cant wait to see him back in a white shirt
  10. Hate to say, but yesterday revealed his tactical naivety in all its glory. You know that you are going to get a battle from Stoke, but we only had one man, Muamba, in midfield who has any defensive ability. Instead of our normal 2 against 3 in central midfield, we had 1 against 3. Every 2nd ball they got in attack they won because we had no-one protecting the back 4. I didn't think the effort was that bad, but we had been dealt 10 high before we got out on the field. I hope that we don't end up with a load of Petrovs if he has money. The positive is that he has brought the club and the fans together and that is his achievement. i dont think u can say that, mark davies prob would have started but he aint played a game since birmingham a month ago, Who else could he play we have no depth in that area, holdon has been amazing this year an whoever u put in his place would not have played well, to me he picked the best team availible to start the game, but the players let him down, there was no passion they were just not as up for it as stoke.
  11. i hope this don t happen, yes they were shit yesterday and yes it was embarrasing , but we have had plenty of highs this season, lets finish strong and build on it next season
  12. Jussi - thanks but time is up Robinson - back to the lower leagues Steinsson - back to Icelandic league Petrov - time to hang those cuntish orange boots up Cahill - playing with shit players won't help his career - cash in Elmander - we don't need a non-midfielder or in effective winger, adios i agree with all these i would prob add klasnic to that list, the truth is coyle is a good manager and if we cash in on cahill and let him use that money to build his squad am sure he will bring us success, we have had a great season with a fading squad, imagine what we could do if coyle gets the chance to build his own squad.
  13. Am defo up for it, am sure i could have a few more up for it as well
  14. sounds like we will have a few interested so i will start a thread ready for next season : )
  15. Worth a try again , seems to be a few around , i no a few that ain't on here as well.
  16. haha do you know much about stoke fans ? they still think were in the 70s/80s i think i will give travelling with them a miss
  17. Sorry bud like they have said everyone is too far spread out , so will prob end up costing more than the train.
  18. i have just booked on the 8.45 out of crewe , prices have already gone up since yesterday dont want to risk them going up anymore.
  19. Well Said, i work in stoke an it looks like most will be on the train from stoke station so hopefully all the Knobs will be on that not the crewe one. Either way sounds like there will be enough of us on the Crewe train , See you on the platform : )
  20. Thanks Carlos, Well hyper am not but as u say we dont no each other , am sure it will all work out one way or the other .
  21. well its quite a sensible thread as wanderers ways are not picking up in cheshire there picking up in Bolton, there are other fans in cheshire who are looking for alternative travel arrangements, so instead of mocking it leave us to it too see what we can sort out.
