Most beautiful thing I've ever seen: 16 Bolton 37 -18 36 17 Fulham 37 -23 33 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18 Reading 37 -29 33 19 Birmingham 37 -19 32 20 Derby 37 -65 11 -
There was at least 2 occasions today when Jussi and defenders had 'words' after things had gotten pretty close, all because there was absolutely no commuication before hand and things had got f-ed up. We really need a leader in defence who can organize things and I'm afriad to say that we don't have that at the moment. BTW I've been watching Jussi for a good number of years and I've never seen him that pissed off before. He was talking to himself and (I can't speak Finnish but I imagine) swearing like a trooper. Not a good sign.

Guys I live down south and today I managed to drag a good few friends of mine to Pompy to watch the match (it was a special occassion and although none are Bolton fans there're all good guys and know football pretty well). As neutrals they could not believe how bad our defence was and I'm sad to admit, I have to agree. Nicky Hunt was terrible. Truely bad. I have no idea what Cid was doing, but lets just say I'm beginning to realize how good Taliban was. Every time James booted the ball upfield (Pompy had obviously worked this out before) I was worried and that should not happen for a decent team. Plus sides. I liked us in the first 15mins of the 2nd half. Once Doiuf had wound up the home fans he was on fire. Anelka desreved a better result and I like the look of Braaten. We really have to sort out our defence though. There was what let us down.

It's by far the worst top flight ground I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Capacity is only a little more than 20k, so they weren't too far off. And of course its bloody miles away for us. Let me tell you, it was an absolute bolldy sh1tehole.

Le God. Best player I've ever had the pleasure to see play in a Bolton shirt. One of the best players ever to play in the Prem.

That equiliser at the end was one of the best single moments of my entire life supporting Bolton. About a min before someone (Fransen?) had a free kick hit the side netting and I thought that was it. Also remember Leciester fans singing 'we want 5' when they were 2 nil up and doing loads of 'oles' when the Leciester were just passing the ball around. Little bstards got what they deserved. -
Lets Show Our Support

We can't afford to lose Sam and it would be to our eternal shame if he was forced out over these completely unsubstantiated rumours after all he's achieved for us. We've got to stick by him and I hope he realises that he has our support -
Lets Show Our Support

I completely agree. We need to do something to show our support. These allegations are completely without any factual basis and we (as fans) need to make it clear to Sam, the club and the rest of the world that, like Zozzy says, we are standing by our man. -
Sh*t I missed all of that. Somebody give me another one.

Slightly undermined by the fact that he consistently mis-spells Big Sam's surname Taxi for the dumb Yank
