The likes of the Coats at Stoke and Gibsons at Boro are in it for the football and are not that bothered about losses year on year and have no interest in using their stadiums for anything other than football. The Co op arena cost 365m to construct...Would be over 500m todays raw materials cost. Had a look at why he would want to invest 100m Euro into some random Italian Football team. Got the answer straight away. They are more than halfway through a new Stadium build. One with a retractable roof that will hold concerts all year round. All these stadia are around 25k capacity. Nothing wrong if his motive is to upgrade the Stadium even shove a roof on it if he is willing to pay for the upgrades it would be a win, win with money coming into the club all year round

What i am saying he is good enough for the bench in a team most likely fighting relegation from the second league in England. Good players stand out be in Rooney at 14 at Everton or Lee at Bolton at 16........Ritchie is none of these but we have a decent player on our hands

I am certainly not saying put the three into the first team squad but Ritchie seems good enough on merit. Temple i have not really seen so i have no view one way or the other. Inwood i think is not quite there so i would loan him out with a re-call clause if and when our centre backs start reducing in numbers which they will because all four have issues. Think like many on here we are one C/H short perhaps the new captain certainly short of a leader.

Arsenal had a 15 year play in their title winning first team. Liverpool a 17 year old who has already been capped for England. No problem bringing Ritchie into the first team squad this season. He will only get better around better players

I can see that at home certainly for the first two home games but i do not see it long term We certainly do not have the quality of wingers we had last season thus far. SS may stick with 4/2/3/1 but only if we fail to bring in Kenny or until he catches up with his fitness

He has already said we have a limited budget....He has paid the most on a transfer Fee on Stephenson and Larrazabal will easily be on the best contract SS will certainly be playing them if and when they are available. SS is building a squad that can play so many systems....Just need a forward now who will run the channels [Kenny] and that again will give him so many more options. We cannot play 4/2/3/1 At Southampton, West Ham or Boro we will get blown apart.....

Think they will both play with perhaps Stephenson taking the right back role and i can guarantee without watching him ever play that if Stephenson pushes on Larrazebel will cover back......We never had that last season with Tutu/Cogley or Johnston/Conway they all bomb forward without getting back the Spanish/Italians are taught to track back and keep shape so much better than us English
