  1. Yes I do know that. I still have a problem with illegals. As does every country in Europe. Not sure what you are saying.
  2. Yes, illegal. I’m not planning on moving to Oz.👍
  3. Postponed again. Funnily enough, I was round the Etihad Campus yesterday and went to have a look. I was going to post yesterday that I doubted whether it would be ready for next week. Only saw the outside though so it wasn’t the best of inspections.
  4. No Angela Rayner story? See, this is what I’m talking about😉
  5. That the news was suppressed. For reasons I understand but don’t agree with. Again, I don’t expect you to agree with me.
  6. It didn’t irk me. I made an observation. As for McKenzie, I highlighted the relevant point. It doesn’t mean I agreed with everything.
  7. Yep. This goes back to last October. I made the claim then. This might shed some light and explain the reason for the ‘suppression’ The murder was carried out 6 days before this tweet.
  8. I know it’s McKenzie and I know it’s the Sun but is he right? I’m guessing you don’t agree. We can’t all agree about everything.🤷‍♂️ “Coverage by MSM of Mr Carney’s murder has been lamentable. Why? Were editors worried at being accused of trouble causing because the Oct 7 massacre had only just happened? “
  9. I didn’t have this in mind when I posted but this is from 2020. I wouldn’t say wrong but poor reporting in my mind. You may think differently. https://amp.theguardian.com/uk-news/2020/aug/11/bbc-and-sky-accused-of-dehumanising-people-trying-to-cross-channel
  10. I said complicit in the voyeurism of watching a tragedy unfold.
  11. My first post on it was 5 days after the incident. I didn’t need to search. You and others did because it wasn’t headline news which was my point.
  12. Yep. Headline news now. Not like before. We had to search for it. Didn’t we?
  13. If you saw the item it may help. It was the day after the vote on Rwanda. They were trying to make the point that it wasn’t a deterrent whilst watching overloaded boats set off into the sea. Minutes later 5 died.
  14. I posted about this at the time and the fact that it was being suppressed by the press. No one wanted to know. Show a woman complaining about tea and coffee and the reaction is like kids overdosed on Haribos.
  15. Think it may be the Admiral logo🤷‍♂️ Worth posting this anyway.
  16. Not the badge in the middle, top left of JB and Sam. Not a big issue but I honestly don’t remember it.
  17. Sorry to quote my own post but is that a big red rose of Lancashire on our shirt apart from the club badge? I was there but I don’t remember it.🤷‍♂️
  18. Not Reebok but Burnden. JB, Big Sam, Peter Thompson and Malcolm McDonald. Feel free to add others. Blatant and unashamed nostalgia from 1976. A little bit older than the Reebok nostalgia.😊
  19. Shit night out out? You could have replied in the morning.😊
  20. The French are useless but happy to pass on the problem to us. The BBC are complicit in some kind of voyeuristic tragedy whilst making a political point.
  21. Don’t agree with anything he said but this week I’ve seen the BBC and the French police watch boats set off from France live on tv. One of them resulted in the death of five migrants. Not sure which is worse to be honest.
  22. The Labour Party members vote for their leader. The Conservatives vote for theirs. We, as an electorate, have to choose who’s best. It’s not a great system but there are worse. A large majority is not something I’ve ever been in favour of. Either party. Here’s a thing though. Bolton has always been a barometer of national election results. The current council has a Labour leader but no overall political control. It was the same before the last local elections but with a Conservative leader. Could we (Bolton) be a blueprint for the future? It wouldn’t be the first time. 😊🤞
