  1. Clever. Can Matt Nlundulucas play too?
  2. If I played that many minutes this season, I would eventually play a big part in a goal and I only have one leg.
  3. We need changes for the weekend against Charlton. Traff Defenders (any) Bradley Dempsey Morley Lee John Charles Sadlier We can't afford to use williams, Sadlier, Beck, Johnstone or anyone else in that wide left position. (Someone mentioned Bradley needing a rest which I can agree with... so maybe Jones, Isgrove, or even Toal? Or if a new striker comes in, then Sadlier on the right?)
  4. People are saying he didn't put a shift in. I think he did. He gave 100% for the whole match. He just wasn't very good at it. OK maybe 85% sometimes when he only half challenges. But Evatt must surely drop him now. I feel bad for the guy a bit as its not worked out for him... and I've never seen a player more disliked by his own fans. Yikes.
  5. Does anyone remember the Kachunga push a few mins before the red card? Their defender ran about 50 yards with the ball and set up an attack. Just as he released the pass Kachunga pushed him over from behind. Would have been a foul but ref played advantage as they created a chance. Was it the same defender that he later punched? Had they had any other rows during the match?
  6. Spot on. Absolute weapon Kachunga tonight. What a muppett.

  8. John Sads Lee On for me...
  9. Lol yeah I saw it later. Slow phone signal at the ground
  10. Anyone seen this?
  11. Was that a great finish?
  12. Aimson knock. Johnstone fatigue. Nlundulu knock. Lee fatigue a bit. Kachunga, still shit.
  13. Thank you for the replies people. I thought I was just unable to find the info, like I was looking in the wrong places.
  14. Don't hit the panic button. Our defence played well again but we have a weakness now on the left. Williams would have been an impact sub but has been chucked in at the deep end. And we are a little light up the top now. All Kachunga did against Derby was confirm he isn't good enough. (even though he assisted). Sadlier did more in 5 mins than Williams in 85.
  15. I think it's if the window is open, but you open a new window within a window both windows are open but if the second window is open then is the first now closed?
  16. Hello good people. I've been searching for when the semi final tickets go on sale but I've not had an email from the club, I've googled it, looked in the ticket news, and the buy tickets section of the website and I've been on the fixture list but I can't find any info whatsoever on the topic. (other than a post saying that the date of the fixture and tickets will be announced in due course, from when the draw took place) The tickets are on general sale already at Accrington and obviously a date has been set. How are you usually supposed to find out when they will be on sale? Surely there would be a news update to say tickets will be available from x date, without having to check the website daily to see if they are open yet.
  17. You do know that Zac Clough was in the top 3 of that? 😏
  18. F me. I have pubes older than him..
  19. I wouldn't even say Sadlier is a, signing that didn't work out. You need players who aren't as good as your best eleven in a way. Otherwise nobody would be happy to be a squad player. The Sadlier signing could have worked out more if we played 442 but it turned out he was used best as an impact sub when we are on the charge. That suited his game, and that suited our gane in those moments. There are other times he started or came in as a sub where he was less effective but I think it was a case of giving him rotation and chances to push his way into the team. It turns out that he is best as an impact sub and that's not always a bad thing. If we had converted at a better rate Sadlier's assist record would be through the roof. I can think of one game where he put 3 or 4 chances on a plate but strikers failed to convert them.
  20. Ouch. Way to tear me apart! Haha. OK yeah. Fair points. Although, at the time, I thought if it wasn't Iredale it would be John and, to be honest, even if Iredale was fit I would pick a fully fit Williams over him. I also thought Sadlier would get a lot more match time than he has, and Bakayoko's form at the end of last season made me think he was going to be a 20 goals man as opposed to the odd appearance here and there. I didn't think we could afford to lose all of them and still be expecting to win matches.
  21. At the start of the season who would have thought that Dapo, Santos, Jones, John, Iredale, Sadlier and Bakayoko would all be struggling to get in the side? I think it shows in real time how quickly we are progressing. The aim is clearly promotion and we are right to offload players who wouldn't be top performers at Championship level. Plug the gaps with good loans, get promoted and then fill the loan gaps with better quality. If we get promoted I think we stand a chance of getting Bradley for another season and Trafford on a perm... Thoughts?
  22. Brilliant. First match he'll warm the bench but in the second coming on as a sub.
  23. It makes sense for us to clear some space and take on loans. That way we've freed up some squad places so that we can sign better players when we get promoted as opposed to trying to wing it (get it) with players like Sadlier, Dapo, Bakayoko etc in the Championship. Getting promoted might also be a good way of retaining Trafford, Bradley etc. It might just tempt them. Would it?
  24. Ha ha
  25. Christ said Wigan feels like a stable place to be.
