they dont know where it is!!!!!

no chance of a ticket!

transpires it involves dealings with both comercial dept and ticket office

dad decided to hand it to a 'contact' at comercial dept due to previous poor dealings with the ticket office, eg, carling cup fiasco!

so not the best thing to do however they have still lost a document that was given in to the club by hand, the lady who it was handed to kept herself busy and was unavailable to speak to my dad when he went to the ground on friday to sort it out!

nothing we can do now i supose!
