February 16, 200620 yr we all think it's going to be a tight game, you're a good and effective side, esp at home but we're on a roll and playing really well can't call it, really does depends on who shows up for the game, Pardew does seem to be able to motivate our players though and on the few occasions we've started slowly we've come roaring out second half and quite frankly if we were asked to play you after playing on the Wednesday I'd be ragging livid, has to affect your players, that might give us the edge
February 16, 200620 yr I think we'll beat em 1-0. Stelios, making up for last nights miss. Way I look at it, West Ham are due a loss. This winning streak of theirs is a club record and by the law of probability is gonna end soon. Never thought I'd be hoping for the 'law of probability' to see us through, but there you go.
February 16, 200620 yr Hey, get your facts right. Its a post war club record. We won 18 games in the trot in 1905 (or something!...)
February 16, 200620 yr we don't keep many clean sheets but we sure do score goals, and our results after going one behind are ludicrous the laws of probability say nothing about winning streaks coming to an end, what's won is won, the next game is just a single game, if anything the confidence from a winning streak makes a team more likely to win

February 16, 200620 yr before you start? yes but once you've won seven, the next game is just a game I did stats right through to Uni and I understand them, the great unwashed almost uniformly do not

Youve beaten us twice this season. The "Law of Probability" means we're due one. Bolton 1-2 West Ham. Nolan Ashton (2)
February 16, 200620 yr 14-0 one each from the mighty whites including jussi and the subs! It'll happen one week i tell you!!
February 16, 200620 yr before you start? yes but once you've won seven, the next game is just a game I did stats right through to Uni and I understand them, the great unwashed almost uniformly do not but each game is not an independent event so actually i would argue once you have won 7 on the run, you are more likely to win your 8th than other single game in that run, due to the confidence factor. equally the likelihood of each event is affected by the opposition so the 'odds' is not the same as probability. discuss...
February 16, 200620 yr Do you think you will have a strong team out. or will they be rested due to your game next wednesday?

February 16, 200620 yr 6-0 Bolton; Nolan 2, Jaidi, Vaz Te, Ferdinand og. South stand to be deserted by 4.30pm. Random West Ham player to spit the dummy and kick the f'k out of the tunnel at full time. Pissed bloke to sing "Chickens" in the Upper East. Numerous complaints of "bully boy tactics" on 6-0-6.
Predictions for Saturday!!
Mine is 2-1 Bolton
Nolan and Stelios
