Ani Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 Serious point here. Got to so say the west ham numbers for tomorrows game are very impressive. Not sure why they are so enthuisiastic for the game as can never remember huge numbers of them in the past other than 'that' game. but i for one will doff my cloth cap to their support. not sure of any other non local teams who would bring so many, including spurs, arsenal and chelsea in that. right i have been nice, now fcuk off eh
WHUJOHN11 Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 Don't forget your earmuffs mate .........cos wre a noisey bunch of mithering c??bt at the worst of times! :D/
mickythehippo Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 did that hurt? we've been selling out our away allocations very quickly all season, often almost entirely to priority application by post and fax and only then to people with four or five away points and upwards sure it helps we're playing attractive and gutsy football, even when we lose but there it is, we have an enthusiastic and numerous away support
Guest hammers Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 We took 7k to Wigan 2 years ago and 5k to Preston for league games. Our away support up north has always been pretty good.

I miss terracing, proper floodlights, terraced houses close to the ground, side streets, proper pubs not chains, stands built 30 years apart that don't match, blah blah blah
