alibob Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 I don't know why, but I just got the feeling (womens intuition?) that Sam wont be here next season. (mind you, i have the 'feeling' I'm gonna win the lottery and i never do)
HomerJay Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 gartside today said "without doubt sam will be here next season". also said "fans have a right to expect big things, although booing is a little harsh"
Piemon Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Maybe he has taken us as far as we can go? i hope he is ere next season tho [-o<
RiCcI Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 "taken us as far as he can take us" is really a nonsense comment really isnt it. how can some one take you as far as they can, sam can take us a long way, if the vaz'ster full fills his potential, we have the next henry on our hands :D/ 8-[

Perhaps not a Henry but a class act.

Carlos Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Vaz Te is the brightest thing at the club since Eidur. Biffo is on crack.
BWFC_LOVE Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Thin Vaz Te could prove very valuable in the coming years. He can head, he's quick, good on the ball, capable of putting good balls through such as the one for Davies today, he seems strong etc. Just needs to improve his finishing, and stop being frustrating from time to time, when he dives for instance, or loses his footing. He can operate in several positions, and this kid could have a real future.

I like the runs he makes, he ghosts in behind defenders and once he's got the run on you, you ain't catching him As others have said, he has things nobody else in our team can offer
glossopWANDERER Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 ali dont worry urself big sam will not be going anywere mark my words u can slap me next time u see me if he is not with us
Underpants Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 I reckon Vaz-Te will get 15-20 goals next season. No chance.
pike_mill_white Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 I reckon Vaz-Te will get 15-20 goals next season. No chance. I'd be happy if he get's into double figures which he is well capable off. Fact is our 2 strikers need to bag 30 goals between them to get into Europe next season. I think the points total needed is going to increase season on season as the other middle tier teams spend more money.
Guest Biff Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 Nobody would be more happier than me if Vaz Te were to become a superstar and score 15+ goals a season. From what I have seen I just don't think he is good enough for the premier. But it is all about opinions.
