Meite will be the first choice to partner Tal I guess. Plus we get the ??????'s from the Jaidi transfer Good business all round

Tal Ben and Faye were much more scouted signings with a view to them being long term central defensive options at the club with time to grow and all that. Whilst neither 'set the pulses racing' [ blimey we are obsessed with good looks today Casino ] they both had age and potential on their side and thankfully both have turned out to be bloomin marvellous! Ironically I think it is the success of the 2 latter signings that has meant we maybe only need a player like Stovini... as he won't be really used much AND as has been quite rightly pointed out by ew2 we have gained into the bargain more cash for the goalscorer we crave.
August 1, 200620 yr Sounds like a good bit of dealing from Sam. Like exiledwhite2 said he won't be brought in to be first choice, and we will get the cash from Jaidi's transfer aswell. To me our defense is now complete, we have 3 quality centre backs TBH Faye and Miete, one that is surely capable of covering if needs be Stovini, and a kid that is meant to be very good Fojut. :D/ Now to complete the midfield and strikers.
