We can't beat anyone away from home !!

We haven't won on our travels since last December :(

Allardyce shouldn???t need a teamtalk

..................

he should just tell ???em to get out there and prove they???re in a different league!

That not a teamtalk then????

Just out of interest how often have Chelsea who have won the prem the last 2 season beaten these team 5 v 0 at their place ?

Stinky, I don???t expect someone of your limited intelligence to understand the nitty-gritty of psychology but, for the record, I???m not saying teams will go out and beat Fulham 5-0 everytime, but that should be the aim at the beginning of each match. Fat Sam needs to inject a bit of confidence into his players instead of injecting cash into their pockets.

We actually scored first at chelsea and lost 5 - 1 !!

So we've won our home game - 3pts

We've drawn our away game - 1pt

Carry on that form and it's 76pts. Hardly a cause for concern just yet.

You know nothing about me or my intelligence so please don't pretend otherwise just to big yourself up. So what you're saying if the players come off having won 3 v 0 they should feel disappointed as they didn't acheive their aim.

Aw stinky, you used to be fun.

What happened to you?

Got old ? Got married ? Had Kids ? and there was me claiming not to be unintelligent

As long as I have been watching Bolton, they have always struggled against the lesser sides. The better the opponents the better Bolton play. It has always been so. Last night they didn't deserve to win but neither did Fulham. A draw was a fair result on the play but you have to feel cheated by conceding an unnecessary penalty in the last minute. Defenders should keep their arms down, there is nothing to be gained from wildly flailing them above their heads. Natasha is right on one thing though, Sam's tactics. When we go a goal up, Sam gets them all defending instead of going for the second goal. He even took Davies off and replaced him with Faye.

It???s not complacency, it???s confidence.

Allardyce shouldn???t need a teamtalk or tactical discussion before a game against Fulham, Sheffield Utd, Watford, Sunderland, B???ham etc, he should just tell ???em to get out there and prove they???re in a different league!

When I played tennis against lesser players in the early rounds I knew I was going to win but my aim was to win 6-0 6-0. Bolton should be going out there to beat teams like Fulham 5-0.

Anybody else losing the will to live? I now have nightmarish visions of a bearded Navratilova serving at Wimbledons Centre Court using a Spear & Jackson coal shovel.

Didn't Davies come off before we scored ?

Agree with the "going for the kill" bit. But, could part of that also be that we have 3 games in 7 days and more back-up in midfield than attack if we pick up injuries?

15-love (I wonder what the reply will be from the bearded woman with the spear and jackson shovel ?) :p

Well as Davies was a major doubt for opener I am guessing that he is carrying a bit of a knock so Sam is presumably trying to protect him so he is available for the Charlton match whilst trying to get as much out of him last night as he could.

Seriously Julie, you need to give it up. We shouldn???t attack in case we get injuries??

FFS, next you???ll be saying the players should stay in the dressing room to avoid injury.

When Davies came off, Faye played centre-mid, Nolan went right wing / midfield and Diouf up top - does that mean we weren't attacking?

Re-read what I wrote.

Misinterpretation is not a good form of attack my dear.

I do hope you don't need to communicate with anyone in your job.

But if we 'went for the kill' and got caught out we'd be naive...

If you score in the 72nd minute away and go one-up - you protect what you've got. Simple as that.

We rack up enough 1-0's for Sam's tactics to make sense

I???m struggling to remember a 1-0 victory away from home this year??????.come to think of it I can???t think of a single away victory this year!

watford was away, i think

FA Cup. Clutching at straws methinks, Cas.

Oh what a surprise, Bolton concede a last minute equaliser and can???t beat yet another relegation-bound team.

What is it with our players? Put them up against Liverpool, Arsenal or Man Utd and they???ll put in a fine performance and win more than they lose, but put Fulham, Portsmouth, WBA, Sunderland, Birmingham or whoever else is at the bottom in front of them and they???ll play like a bunch of scared 12 year old girls.

Quite frankly I???m fecking sick of it. I didn???t go last night because I knew we wouldn???t win. Our players simply can???t be arsed if they???re not playing at Old Trafford or Anfield.

This is down to Fat Sam. I have no idea what he says to them all week but you can guarantee that by kick-off they???re about as up for it as an arthritic badger. On Saturday we destroyed Tottenham but four days later we escape with a draw at bottom club Fulham. Fecking typical!

It???s common knowledge that Allardyce does bugger all on the training pitch these days, so surely he has enough time to get those sorry players motivated? Just feck off Allardyce, and take your overpaid under-performing ponces with you.

To put it into perspective, theres been ONE away win so far this season in the Premier league - Charlton 0 Man U 3, so maybe a draw at Fulham isn't such a bad result after all eh Tash?

We're a poor team, who can't compete with the likes of Wigan & Brum in the transfer market. I'm happy with a draw at Fulham away, and after finishing 8th, 6th & 8th in the past 3 season, I haven't a f*cking clue why you insist on slagging our style of play/managers/players. I bet you werre a f*cking nightmare to be around when we were sh*t (or did you support Man U then?).

You're a retard, with the intellectual capacity of a boiled potato.

Either post a pic of your norks, or be quiet.

Ta

Well put :D
