Sky regularly advertise on ITV, Channel 4 & 5

 

The only advertising that is banned is that of reality TV programmes due to health issues relating to numbing of the brain, I have already written all major broadcasters and warned them of the 4 Horsemen of the Apocolypse should they break this unwritten law

but it might not be right

i was told tonight by the bloke in the pub that prison break was on channel 4 but channel 5 are showing the repeats, but the new prison break series is going to be on channel 4

According to the papers, Prison Break is on every day at Sudbury Prison. Smiths might know more about it.
