May 10, 200719 yr I think the club would be crazy to pull out of the intertoto, that would only demotivate our players and make it even more difficult to sign players in the close season, European football would be a big draw for any player.

I'd seriously consider not renewing my ST if they did that. Saying that I don't think the issue will arise as we'll beat Villla on Sunday and claim an automatic Uefa place.

They aren't going to pull out of the intertoto, we could send the reserves to win the two games. It'd be like being in the championship and pulling out of the play-offs because we didnt get automatic promotion.
