Then why hasn't he dropped him??

1. he's the captain and like it or not, captains dont get dropped too easily.

2. he's been no worse than many other players on the pitch

One thing that has always let Nolan down is his distribution.

But this season his first touch is fookin dire, he cant shut down quick enough he doesn't win any tackles

Hes that crap this season his passing is the last thing he needs to be worried about

I agree that #1 is the reason he's sstill getting picked. At least I beedlin hope so!

However for #2, see....

....plus he looks totally unfit. See the hands on knees after about an hour into the Spurs game when he should have been charging back to help defend a breakaway.

However it looks, time and again its been said that he is one of the fittest at the club. Kevin is a big lad, and can look bigger than the average footballer but he defo isn't carrying around any excess timber. You don't make the first team week in week out if you're not fit. That i am certain of.....

However he is playing very poorly and has been for a long time, he needs to be dropped for his own good as much as the team. The problem lies in the fact he is the captain, meaning that its slightly harder to drop him for LSL. It needs to be done though, but can't see it happening just yet.

Fair enough, but my eyes keep telling me he's a fat c?nt :)

KEVIN Nolan has said that he wants to be the next Bolton Wanderers captain to lift a piece of silverware, ahead of tonight's UEFA Cup clash with FK Rabotnicki.

"I want to be the first captain since the fifties to pick up a trophy with Bolton Wanderers," admitted the 25-year-old midfielder,

Well you best pull your finger out - unless ofcourse you are talking about next seasons Championship title!!

Whilst sat on the bog yesterday I actually had a hallucination that we would win something this season. No idea what that may be but it resulted in a good shit.

well there you go! proof that sex is over rated and a good shit is underestimated! :db:

I never underestimate my shits, and to be honest neither does anyone else in my house for at least 30 minutes afterwards :yahoo:

Nobby's always been a bit limited, runs around a lot and looks busy, but he did use to score goals...and thats what he hasnt been doing.

Take the captaincy of him, but keep him in the team see if shedding the responsibility will do any good. If it doesnt and he sulks then its time for the bench. Would never boo him personally, but can understand why others may although it is counter productive imo.

Unless he gets his act together - he will become the next Julian Darby, (or Jules as we used to call him at Burnden Park)
