lets get an incompetent referee on and ask for their views on dissent......

i know lets pick lee bowyer and e.h. diouf......

i aint saying either of them was right in how they behaved ...but..... pick any of the players of united, liverpool and especially chelsea and you will see worse.

also for the ehd one show the desicion the linesman had just given or would that be a balanced case ?

but my fave one it was nt a penalty because kev d. is a big lad and went down yoo easily when he was pushed in the back....so how small do you have to be for a push to be a foul ? the one the ref gave 2 minutes earlier was the same except outside the box.

their shout was one you go up for at the time but when you see it back it is just good play

They were trying to "highlight" EHD as some outrageous dissent. It was nothing compared to John Terry/Rooney etc. To even make an issue of it was ridiculous.

Thought the Davies penalty if given was generous but O'Brien's challenge was close enough to the ball to be a good un and never a penalty.

Bowyer did have a point though about Guthrie's challenge.

I thought they had a better shout a minute later when (AOB I think) pulled the West Ham player back in the box. Nowt said about that so it was probably stella goggles

Couldnt agree more.

lets have a go at Diouf and Bowyer because of their reputations. Showing the decision would have justified the reaction ... to a certain extent.

With regard to the penalty I was just making exactlt the same point to my brother in the pub. Why the fook does it matter if you are a big lad. If you are pushed you are pushed. Actually as the saying goes the bigger they are the harder they fall.

They were trying to "highlight" EHD as some outrageous dissent.

What odds that EHD becomes the second Premiership player (after EHD) to get a straight red for foul and abusive language next Sunday?

Same as after City - consistency is required - if you send them off, fair enough, but do the same with Rooney, Terry etc.

It was a bad decision to award the free kick to WHU when Diouf shielded the ball.

But his reaction was embarrassing. Clearly told the linesman to "f*** off".

For me, and this goes for everyone including Rooney - its got to be a straight red for swearing at officials.

And that is exactly why I'd rather stick pins in my eyes than watch match of the day. I could not give a flyer what any the so called 'experts' have to say about anything, let alone BWFC.

MOTD showed the few Bolton fans who made the journey down to that asian dump and then mocked how many were there.

Last season we played WHU at the Reebok, wasn't on telly (I think) and they didn't have a massive European game coming up - yet no mention of how few the good old hammers brought <_<

WHU and Spurs are two clubs who never do f?ck all.........ever......and the media cream all over them ::::::lol::::::

pretty long

he's banned

mostly for dissent

I liked the shot of Curbishley pointing to his watch when Campo was taking a free kick towards the end of the first half.

That happened in the first minute when hunt was taking a throw-in!

Yep 45 seconds gone and hes say we are time wasting, FFS! :nea:

Yes, and they weren't time-wasting with 15 minutes of the game left were they? Oh no!

Their fans seem to think Curbishley's not got many games left before he joins Lee, Jol etc..

To be fair, MOTD were pretty positive about us. Pointed out how well Guthrie and Nolan played. After the Chelsea game they had a feature on how good Davies was too, so it's not all bad.

Agree about Poll, though. Gave the ref 7 out of 10. Arrogant prat. That's a damn site more than he would ever have rated.

Not sure if I'm reading that right...but I saw something similar on that show a week or two before

Can't even remember who was playing, but they BLATANTLY edited 2 clips together out of sync. Something like a manager shaking their head about a decision, but in reality, the manager had shook his head ages before the incident...it was just one of those weird things that you remember from watching the game 'live'...

Amazing

They'll be f?cking inventing goals next

On t'other point, Rooney barged over Toure as he shielded the ball out (as usual, he does it all the time), and then he's effing and blinding at the ref like he was gonna have a heart attack. Of course, not a peep is heard about it.
