January 18, 200818 yr Housing Association are more efficient and provide better housing than councils. FACT FACT FACTY FACT FACT. Principle is fine, shared ownership is a good thing. Building nice new houses for bone idle filth to smash up isnt.

Tell us you've not received any grants from local or central government, or the EU. Go on. We get some money indirectly from Government via Housing Federation but if we did nt do what we do the councils would have to provide housing themselves and maintain it and we do it better and more efficiently than they do. (That is on the housign building side) They are in effect out sourcing part of their operation because we do it so well. We operate at a profit so do nt need to be propped up fianancially. we also do get money from government via housing benefits.
January 18, 200818 yr So the answer is A, the taxpayer. Carry on doing a sterling job my friend. Like I said, I think they're a good thing and dont want to take the piss out of those struggling on the ladder, fair f?cks to them. smiffs caught a whopper with pablo :p and only argues when he's right
