On that subject, I read the interary today (I do like a good itinerary ) and fair play to Happy tours. Check in as per any usual flight (i.e last minute in my world), have a beverage or two on the plane, coach to the centre of Lisbon, drop off, pick up outside away end after full time, plane home, job done.

Only a complete idiot would need any more assistance than that.

If it's not on the itinerary it doesn't get done, end of. There's no point in someone going out of their way to sort things out then for some other folk to interfer at the last minute and throw everything out of sinc. A good itinerary and everyone can relax and enjoy themselves without any worries
