they're also headlining leeds and reading, wasn't impressed lsast time i saw them at leeds about 6 years ago.

Saw Faith No More twice with Mike Patton on vocals when they toured for The Real Thing.

Missed seeing them at Salford Uni with Chuck Moseley on vocals a year or 2 before when they toured for Introduce Yourself. Kicked myself for missing it.

 

Always wanted to go see Suicidal Tendencies (around the time of How Will I Laugh Tomorrow) - but never did.

 

And I missed seeing Thousand Yard Stare in Bolton which was a red ginger.

The politics is the best thing about them!!! Still got the single of Killing In The Name Of and had a brilliant Nuns With Guns T Shirst when I was 15. Some of their stuff is a bit cringe worthy now.

So I wouldn't be allowed to enjoy the soul/blues inspired sounds because the lyrics didn't necessarily agree with my take on political issues? Who says I sing along? Assumption. For the record, I have always had a thing for 3 piece bands. Cream, Who, Groundhogs, Jam. The strong mod leanings of The Jam probably has them top of the pile in my book - irrespective of political leanings.

 

I would have thought you'd have twigged that my main musical tastes have their roots in Detroit, Philadelphia and Kingston. Doesn't exactly fit the profile you seem to have arrived at for me?
