Has anyone else heard that the kits are being made by Adidas?? I know they now own Reebok though

 

 

"the new bolton kit will be unveiled tommorow and it will be worn for the first time against chelsea on sunday. the new kit is made by adidas and is simmilar to derbys kit this season. with dark blue instead of black (obviously) it has "the trotters" stitched into the back @ the neck. The kit will be available to buy from 12/05/08.

the away kit is green with white piping again with the "trotters stiched on the back, and no release date is confirmed yet. the adidas deal is for 3 years with the away kit changing each season and the home remaining the same for the 1st 2 seasons."

yep , dont know about adidas though ! ive heard its not going to be reebok on the front of the shirts (but still made by um) apparently reebok have told bolton to get a shirt sponsor to bring more cash in ??? can`t see that tbh but you never know ! also the away one is suppose to be yellow !

Reebok have the naming rights for our ground

 

Didn't Reebok sign a new shirt supply and sponsorship deal only last year?

 

Adidas, who granted now own the Reebok brand, wish to throw all that links away by replacing Reebok as our shirt supplier

 

and as a good will gesture Adidas are happy for Bolton to replace Reebok as the shirt sponsor

 

 

The reduction in price of the one year old first choice kit is a little bit of a puzzle though! Didn't it come with a promise and/or expiry date of summer 2009 when it came out last July?
