Does anyone know the victims name? I know a bloke of roughly this age who owned a first floor flat on Balshaw Lane. Was apparantly in dire financial troubles and wen't AWOL from work, gettin' sacked by proxy after a month because we didn't hear back from him after he stopped turnin' in....

Bolton flats murder probe : Six arrested

SIX people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man plunged to his death at a block of flats in Bolton.

 

Police were called to the Fernstead block of flats in Blackshaw Lane, Deane, shortly before 7.30pm last night, where they found the body of the man, aged 44, at the rear of the building.

 

It is believed he fell about 20 feet from the first floor balcony of the flats.

 

He was taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

 

Police arrested six people - three men and three women - on suspicion of murder.

 

The tower block, which is one of three in the area, was cordoned off by police who were interviewing residents.

 

Floodlights were set up at the back of the flats and a police tent was put up at the scene. A semi-detached house in nearby Hibernia Street, which is a short walk away, was also cordoned off by police.

 

A police spokesman said: "We were called to the flats. Six people have been arrested on suspicion of murder."

not a bad tern there Micky, eider thought that a man of your obvious intelligence could have got a lot more birds in, don't duck the issue, and don't just sit there huffing and puffin, see of you can beat my effort of five............or are you chicken?

Stop TWITTERING on you FEATHER a poor comedian. You're AVIAN a laugh, us BIRDS are better at this although it's BEAKoming more difficult to CLAW bird related terms now admittedly.
