Would HillofDaub allow his children to go on a school trip if no teachers were going?

now if hillofdaub or any other responsible adult could stretch to an adult ticket, he could take and be responsible for as many under 16's as he wanted. and if any of the kids got in trouble, they could stay behind and make sure they got home again sfely - and they'd all still travel free (unless there is some time deadline that has now passed)

I'm not an expert on the law but i'd hazzard a guess as not.

Unless he was their guardian or they were travelling with him.

One for the lawyers i think

Unless he was their guardian or they were travelling with him.

perhaps it could have been phrased better by me, but that was intended.

then it'd robably depend upon the parents willing to agree with the police that HOD or A.N.Other were their guaridan for the day.

judjing by his earlier comments i think the answer is yes

and wot comments were those then

um thats what they have done,

do keep up.

West Ham?

erm, the couple of games under Zola/Clarke have been something of a revelation for us, the new boys have really made a difference, Llunga from the Congo at left back is solid and bombs forward, of late we've played a combo Faubert/Behrami on the right, both quick and lively and it's worked so far despite neither being proper defenders

Captain Lucas is in Central Defence and seems to be finding less room to get out of position in there than right back, Upson seems good although he's been out so long we forget

There's something going on with Noble and Parker in midfield we haven't worked out yet, a Zola thing, it might be Parker endlessly crunching and water carrying and Noble doing the forward pass thing, aftr Curbs, any sort of method and big picture is hard for us to recognise, the supposed;y good Bellamy (but who would know) is supposed to be nearly fit

up front the boy Cole is ragging good other than he not only can't score, he never looks like scoring

the new bloke Di Michelle, what you;d expect from an aging Italian really, lightweight, does little but makes the odd quality run/shape/space and has tucked a couple way already

broadly speaking we're not bad and fairly optimistic, fairly steady at the back and got some genuine width of options going forward and it seems we mean to which is nice

and barring the usuals, your normal Northern Monkey/dirty northern bastard tag might have been subsumed by the Wigan/SheffieldUtd Northern Alliance

I've given up on Ashton, suffice to say he won't be seen tomorrow

good day out gents other than being thrashed natch

I'm optimistic about tomorrow. One of my bets tomorrow is 'Lay' West Ham, who are odds on with the bookies

Its getting rough round our way :::lol:::

anything can happen and doubly so with us but more than ever i think we're going to perform and beat you proper

2-0 if you turn up and 3 if you don't, shitty early ko but i think the crowd'll be up for it and the players will want to impress, and they're on the back of some wins

mind you, the forecast is for rain so that'll suit you lot

one 'n' in 'init' fella

I for one have not that much against you other than the usual stuff, I much enjoyed your good year under fat sam when you well beat the big boys and they all moaned about route one when in fact you played them off the park, that said your first ball to the good player that then brought it down, Davis?, did tag you for many as a direct team

anyhow, we're at least trying toplay some passing football, here's to you doing the same, it'll make for a good game if you do

We had more than one good year matey. 3 years in a row finishing in the top 8 in fact. Only Liverpool, ManU, Arsenal and Chelsea managed to do the same in those 3 years.

It's been a while since West Ham achieved anything near that success.

Micky, do you ever see Martin Samuels in your pub? If you do, curl out a bit shit in his pint for me will you and tell him Smiffs from Leigh still thinks he's a wanksock.

Ta.

One good year ::lol::

That'll be the one good year that got us in Europe twice?

To a league cup final?

At least we don't think we're more than we really are, so we don't feel the constant disappointment you lot do
