A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident. The victim, who was black, was taken to Mayday Hospital where he was pronounced dead an hour later.He has not been named. Now, I'm no plod (thank f?ck) BUT it doesn't sound like an open mind or a very early stage to me. I've read that that they're decided it'll be gang related and they knew one another.
