I am dissapointed every time we lose but stoke at home are a very hard side to beat only lost 3 at home all season (united. chelski and Everton)

I'm neither over-concerned nor surprised at tonight's result.

 

I posted elsewhere that our 5 decent away results had come at struggling teams and that Stoke have an impressive home record.

 

Any stats/prediction site would have forecast a Stoke win.

Good point, well made. Stats are generally dogsh1t - especially when it comes to analysing football matches.

 

Stoke result no surprise to me either. Next two home games are key.

So, you could say Stoke were unbeaten in the top flight for over 20 yrs before we beat them on the 1st day of the season?

But it is there first win in March 09 for a hundred years. :spiteful:
