5 games left for us and 5 points clear at the moment, Pompey are down, Burnley won't catch 8 points on us plus improve their goal difference [so it's like 9]

 

Remaining fixtures for Bolton and teams around us, next week could be a lot different though with West Ham and Wigan at home, Hull v Burnley also.

So what do we think? Bolton once again are in a stage of not scoring goals again, but we still have 2 winnable home games and Stoke as our best chance of a getting points away, 2 seasons ago we had to rely on other teams slipping up which helped us out whilst we had our good results, i just hope the tables don't turn around on us.

 

West Ham have tough games, so have Wigan, both teams will play each other, Hull have a game in hand, but that's against Villa, and they also have tough matches.

I don't think Everton will West Ham tomorrow. Mainly because West Ham are not the prize. Everton will probably beat West Ham tomorrow but they definitely won't win them.

Yes. Firstly, the topic you created is rubbish. No harm done when two of our rivals still have to play. Secondly, don't get aggressive with me young man. It is not my fault that you are illiterate. You should pay more attention in class. Thirdly,I don't find fault with everything you do because I don't know everything you do. Fourthly, your penultimate word should be a capital letter.

Fwiw Diddle, i reckon we could lose every game and still stay up - but i wouldn't like to put it to the test.

I think we'll get beat in our next 2 games (Chelsea A, Stoke A) and the table might start to look a little tighter - but then we'll beat Pompey and draw with Brum, and we'll survive fairly comfortably with our measly 36 points.

Weve just seen one of the worst home displays of the season against a Villa team that had we performed we would have beaten. This followed a tubbing from the Scum, Chelsea away next and you think there's no harm done. Had we won today we would have been safe.I think there's a lot of harm done to things like moral and confidence. Pressure starts to mount again now. It means given that we will probably lose at Chelsea, next games away at Stoke, that could mean four defeats on the trot. Will you still think there's no harm done by losing to Villa.
