A pre-season friendly has been arranged for 23 July at Victory Park, Chorley where the home side will take on the famous Bolton Wanderers. Leigh White should be there because no doubt Chorley will be parading their star players such as Lee Woodyatt, Mark Ross, Dale Whitham, Jordan Stepien, Tom Ince, Jack Dorney and player coach Matt Jansen.

The game against Morecambe is off as the new Morecambe ground will not be finished (is that Gonzo I can hear ranting). Their friendly with Preston is also off. This was the game at which the Morecambe ground was officially going to be declared open.

 

Instead Bolton are playing Oldham away on the 28th July.
