I never saw him ,so i don't know if he's any loss or not. http://m.442.com.au/News/Article.aspx?CIID=218732 I am dissapointed that Mooy is leaving I was hoping he might make the break into the first team, any how good look to him it is a bold decision he has made and for the right reasons.
July 3, 201015 yr Apparently quite a good player this kid. It's a shame he's leaving... Good luck to him...
July 3, 201015 yr seen him once, and he was the best player on the pitch. looked as if he had serious talent, was even talk of him going to the world cup with oz rather suprised he is leaving tbh
July 3, 201015 yr Read the article and you realise it's as much about money as first team opportunities. If he was that good, we would have offered him more cash, some team would have been chasing him on loan and he'd have been warming our bench last season. Suspect he - or his agent - is carrying a very high opinion.

July 3, 201015 yr This is the fourth young player who has been offered a contract and turned it down. Interesting that.
July 4, 201015 yr This is the fourth young player who has been offered a contract and turned it down. Interesting that. Could make you wonder why we're spending money on the Academy.
July 4, 201015 yr This is the fourth young player who has been offered a contract and turned it down. Interesting that. who are the others and seeing as you think it's interesting, what's your take on it? fwiw, i reckon mooy could never make it in england - a less physical game might allow him to progress
July 4, 201015 yr This is the fourth young player who has been offered a contract and turned it down. Interesting that. Well my take on it woud be these academy players think they're better than they actually are. The coaches know best...
July 4, 201015 yr [ fwiw, i reckon mooy could never make it in england - a less physical game might allow him to progress Sounds too much like Weiss to me, although Mooy could cross a better ball. Come to think of it, giving Weiss a chance which he never took was hardly motivating to our own.
July 4, 201015 yr I would have thought that they offered him a 3rd year scholarship (Unlike other clubs who normally offer pro deals in 3rd year)
September 16, 201015 yr On Sky, he's being considered for a second trial at St Mirren. Think you can safely say a mistake has been made by him and his agent. That's if his agent is still in his employ.
