Big Phil had an idea that no one could ignore

His mind?s been working overtime to make the Reebok roar.

Not happy with the atmosphere he`d give anything a try

He may well get a Wembley song courtesy of McFly.

 

The atmosphere at Bolton is of such concern to Phil

He asked Danny Jones to write a song and stressed it must be brill.

Now Danny is a Bolton fan so he`ll write one off the cuff

And rid Depeche Mode?s ?I just can?t get enough?.

 

I?m sure Phil will be happy with his brand new football song

He hopes the entire Reebok will join in and sing along.

He wants a better atmosphere which is something quite ironic

We could employ an orchestra and call it Phil?s harmonic.

During a charity night, Bolton Chairman Phillip Gartside asked Danny from McFly to write a cup final song, or a song just to get the fans singing because Phil believes the Reebok needs a better atmosphere.

McGreavy comes across as a bit of a knob, but at least he's keen.

 

Met him at the BWSA doo and wasn't impressed. Thinks he's a celebrity.

I've met him a few times and he always comes across as a throughly decent chap!
