Not been since '86. It was alreet then. Nice lake, some historical sites (chapel bridge), a stunning transport museum (no, really. There was a full size jet there when we went) . Dunno about footy team though.

Never been to Lucerne myself,but i've been to Lausanne in Switzerland on the banks of Lake Geneva....lovely.

That was played at FC Servette (IIRC), we went back the next day to watch Servette against their local rivals in a league game
