Baring in mind, wife loves sight's, and something a bit Romantic/different etc. Austria, Salzburg Night in London, 4 nights in Salzburg. Ice Cave's trip and Mozart Meal and Opera evening. ?700 Budapest 4 Nights Thermal baths Markets Danube cruise ?600 Prague 4 nights Sights Posh meal ?500 Any other suggestions, reasonable prices, some nice things to do. I can see my just doing Benidorm, just easier!

December 1, 201114 yr Budapest is good for sightseeing, culture, nice restaurants. Definitely not a place to go on the piss. Got the hot spas and some amazingly historic hotels, etc. Inexpensive to do a dinner cruise or champagne cruise. Would definitely recommend it. Get a travel pass on Day 1 for trams, buses, etc. Prague is also good for all of the above. More expensive to drink and got some seedy areas. Loved it though. Have to be fit to get about, up and down hills, cobbled streets, etc, etc. Lots of walking. Helsinki - expensive! Not that many tourist sights. Gothenburg - will let you know come Monday!
December 1, 201114 yr So better booking now then !?! Going back to "who uses travel agents", if you do, you can go in and pay something off. Me and the signora have paid for a week in Benalmadena in February in ?2 coins. Been in to Thomas Cooks a couple of times with a bagfull and paid it off our bill. No credit, no cards, no nowt.
