Running A Long Way - Again

Wouldn't let me carry on previous topic do apologises for starting a new one.

Anyways Looking to do a half marathon or 10k run at some point before May anyone any ideas where and if I can still sign up? Local ish would be grand.

Cheers for that pal, Manchester sounds fine only problem is I get Wed the day before and will be half way to honeymoon on the 20rh so no can

do.

I want one before May to help me get in shape for the big day really. I done a half marathon before but obvious beer intake after the event and my fall back in old routine and all that needs to be adjusted so I figure a run to aim at will help motivation wise.

theres always the ireland one, thats a 10k. never done it myself like, im doing the london and edinburgh full marathons this year.

There was one in leigh last year...not sure if they are doing it again

Im doing the Blackpool half Marathon in preperation for the Full Manchester marathon in April.

 

Training hard, doint 2 10+ mile runs a week at the moment on top of other stuff like 5 a side, Circuit training, Swimming, Boxing etc

And if you look on Feb 24th in Race calendar bit you will see a link to the night time fell race I have organised :o Posibly not the event for you but if anybody knows any fell runners please pass this on. Fund raiser for Bolton Mountain Rescue.
