April 22, 201313 yr knackered laptops seem to be a common theme on here. anyone know anywhere that will do a fault analysis for free or reasonably cheap? Its an Acer if anyones keeping notes on shit makes. Kept powering off every 2 seconds for a day or two but after i reset the CMOS it is dead. 6 months old but not got a receipt. Acer want £55 for a diagnosis check. Robbing fuckers. Pretty sure its the MOBO but would like to confirm it
