July 18, 201313 yr Apologies if this has been posted earlier, but have a look at this Schumakeresque "tackle" in Brazil - http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/world-of-sport/bruno-perone-horror-challenge-leaves-opponent-four-facial-095355187.html?vp=1
July 18, 201313 yr Honestly, he was just going for the ball. I don't think there was any intent there. To label it as a flying kick, and a battering ram, is just media ridiculousness. Yes it was "dangerous", but the player's eyes are on the ball all the way until he sees the guy come into view, at which point there was no pulling out of the kick.
July 18, 201313 yr You know what Snoopy, looking at that I disagree He looks to almost pull out after seeing the fella and then carries on through unnaturally if he was going for the ball I don't think he set out to do it but there was split second intention IMO. Not pre-meditated but meant in the moment if you like

July 19, 201313 yr Is it not standard practice in Brazil to then stab the offender to death and then behead him?
