Bit of a shambles this group by the looks of things. Put my name down for the Borough game, got the OK for a ticket, but they then updated the page to say that only regular supporters of the charity (ie people who regularly attend their events) are eligible.

"We only allowed to provide tickets to our regular supporters, friends and family of the Bolton ICD Support Group. We do apologise in advance if we refuse to provide you with tickets please do not take offence this is due to our restrictions with BWFC."

 

Fuck them then, someone has asked for this to be posted on here. Ungrateful fuckers.

Never known anything that supports a charity be picky like that.

I'm guessing here, but I think this is more likely than the charity deciding they want to get picky all of a sudden, I'd guess someone at the club has had to point out the small print in the T+Cs of the offer to the charity (almost surely after a complaint similar to the fictitious one above).

 

Not pointing any fingers like, I'll bet it's a lurker (the 'It's my ball, and I'm going in' er).

They probably will an' all, folk who are so inflexible, so meithered about others' business, something always ends up snapping with those types...
