If I was a betting man I'd go for Derik as the player ready to walk.

Makes sense if your manager is never going to play you and you can get fixed up elsewhere.

To be fair I imagine most are desperate for a good run of success. They've no confidence, which is why they fall apart so easily. As has been said many times, this squad is not bottom of the table material, but the end product right now almost certainly is. If they win convincingly against Huddersfield things might just chance for the better. Fire sale permitting.
