Chester Races

Unimaginative stag do time of year...

Any tips for this Saturday, or jockeys/trainers to look out for?

Cheers

Sound place Chester, loads of pubs and scally scouse girls on race days.

Horses drawn 4-6 (low numbers over priced), mark Johnston and Willie Haggas in form trainers and do well at Chester

A meeting that opens with a race for women jockeys, followed by races of 5, 4 and 5 runners respectively is one I'd swerve to be honest.

However, without going into specifics (as I like people to make their own decisions), there are certain trends at Chester...

K. Ryan : 2-5yo carrying 8-09 to 9.07
A. Balding : 2-5yo’s, on debut or rested 16 days+
A. Balding : All 2 & 3yo's
R. Fahey : 2yr olds priced below 12/1 who are on debut or didn't win last time out

He is swerving it - he's going tomorrow, not tonight!

Full Intention must have a big chance in the first, but he'll be plenty short enough, I'd have thought.

Top of the Bank should go well in the 2.30 but he'd not want too much rain.

Here Comes When has plenty in his favour for the listed race, and I like Right Touch in the 3.35.

Make Music looks solid in the last but will likely as not go off quite short - Little Miss Kodi could be drawn better but she'd have a chance at a bigger price.

Ah, yes.

Must admit to not reading properly.

cheers for that lads.

I avoided Full Intention because the draw- good job as it came second.

Top of the Bank NR

Right Touch came strolling in, and I followed the guide to get another win (Birchwood I think), and a couple of places for longer ones... Paid for the day

Here Comes When ran like he'd eaten his body weight in Haribo earlier in the day!

Same again for tomorrow boys and girls. Going with my dad, his workmates and my brother.
