Mines just a 3 bed semi on a largish plot, 5 car driveway and surrounded by greenbelt - it was £900 to buy the lease.

Others on surrounding streets are being charged similar prices the chap owns the land on numerous avenues around brandleshome hands was tied as needed to sell it and would of caused implications for new buyers
April 21, 20197 yr Any leasehold owned by a company called Adriatic land, the house will be unmortgageable. Just tried to buy one in Ramsbottom, mortgage company declined to lend on it, said they won't lend on any leasehold house where Adriatic own the freehold.
