there have been certain women whom I've lost respect for fer spitting, but you always have to give them a second chance for the other things they are capable of - but if they continue to spit or performances deteroriate then it's time to get rid, and by not agreeing to a more permanent deal it's alot less hassle when you do decide that they have to go.

Diouf sets out at the start of every match with the intention of cheating and bending the rules to his advantage. Our dads and grandads stood on the terraces watching tough tackling hard working players, not diving cheating pansies. This aspect of our game is not admired by the English audience.

Foreign players (not all of them) have brought this in. Luckily we only have two players at our club with this mentality, if there were more I would seriously consider not going.

Self-discipline would be my guess - actually, without getting too soppy about it I liked the suggestion on 5-live that in such circumstances when a player has acted like that they should be be rewarded eg by having a yellow card recinded from his record
