I think you will find that at most or every recent match in Spain - 100s / 1000s of undercover police have infiltrated all sections of stadiums. A huge crackdown to eradicate it in one foul swoop. That is action! About time it happened over here to prevent Utd fans standing.

The English FA were fined ??68K because of the racist chanting and fans running onto the pitch at the Turkish match. For an extra ??24K the Spanish could have had a mini-pitch invasion too.
