  1. Yeah that can happen too. But again - very rarely. The trick is finding out which ingredient she was allergic too, and then finding a vaccine that doesn't use that that substance as an excipient. A fair proportion of the time - any reaction is to the non active ingredient in a jab. I'm allergic to nickel for example. So I'd have to be careful if I ever had anything like a hip replacement because if the materials they sometimes use.
  2. Please tell me you've not got a Peloton? 😁
  3. I hope I'm that senile when I'm his age!
  4. Sorry mate - but the idea of you in lycra is making me physically sick 😁
  5. Just reading that Bolton Wanderers women's team are going to be integrated with the club from next season. I've immediately become more invested in the women's game now we've got a proper side! 🙂👍 I'll watch anyone with an official Bolton badge on!
  6. Sorry to hear about your Dad mate. It can happen - it's vanishingly rare and really unlucky for your Dad. Did they get to the bottom of it? I worked in the vaccine centres for the best part of 12 months. Managing and administering. I saw a few people who were needle phobic pass out, but that was the worse I witnessed personally. We always had anaphylaxis kits on site just in case - but we never needed to use them. Is there a medical reason they didn't want your brother to have it? Feel free to tell me it's none of my business - I'm just curious and can learn from stories like this......
  7. Yeah - not the brightest idea! And certainly not recommended! 🤣
  8. Just reading a case study of a guy who injected himself with the mRNA COVID vaccine 217 times. Essentially the results were...... * He reported no side effects or medical issues * Clinical chemical parameters showed no abnormalities - so he had no kidney, liver or muscle damage * Higher than normal number of the type of cells that detect COVID (perhaps unsurprisingly) * No evidence that his immune system was compromised as a result of repeated exposure to the vaccine. And his body could still mount a normal immune response to other antigens https://www.thelancet.com/journals/laninf/article/PIIS1473-3099(24)00134-8/fulltext With a good easy to read analysis here.... https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/hypervaccination/
  9. I just can't see Trump winning. But then I just couldn't see him winning the first time. And I could the second. And I couldn't see us voting for Brexit. So given all that - it's a nailed on victory for DT! 😁
  10. I thought he was the catalyst
  11. Fucking brilliant! 🤣🤣🤣
  12. I think we need to start understanding how much better we are than the teams around us when we play with aggression and the bit between our teeth. Bar a couple of minutes this half - we've been very good. Could perhaps should have been 2-3
  13. Weirdly - I think Coleman has done really well tonight. Distribution has been off at times but he's looked much more assured.
  14. Collins is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Iredale is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Taol is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Santos is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Jones is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Ogbeta is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Sheehan is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Dempsey is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Thomason is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Vic is awful. Never a footballer in memory of man Come on whites! 😁
  15. Superb from GT and Collins. Come on you utter set of twats!
  16. Lack of aggression. I don't mean going wading into challenges, but if you're going to dominate teams playing our style then you have to be on the front front and giving them something to worry about. We look passive.
  17. They would instantly become a parish state if they did that......
  18. I've just realised this is being discussed at length on the other thread! I'm a creature of habit though - it takes a lot for me to open a new thread! 😂
  19. I saw something that raised an eyebrow with me today. Something along the lines of the last couple of weeks have taken their toll on him and he'll consider his options at the end of the season. Sounded a bit like a thinly veiled 'stop moaning or I'm off'
  20. There's always going to be tensions I suppose. Whenever there's a mix of different types of people living in the same place. Northern Ireland might be a good example of one that works in recent memory, but I doubt the divisions are on the same scale. Especially now!
