  1. I refuse to go to the summer meetings at Haydock as they are invariably dominated by pissed-up dickheads. However, it's fantastic for racing over the winter, particularly when Munich or Liverpool are at home, which makes for a quiet afternoon.
  2. I'm off to Haydock tomorrow afternoon so any dead certs would be welcome
  3. Hopefully the three this evening will do better...
  4. Right, I'm off to burn down Chester and it's ?unting racecourse. Anyone joining me?
  5. I'm also on Espresson Star, although I notice that Betdaq Man (sounds mroe like a Simpsons character to me) has picked Doctor Fremantle...
  6. Good stuff. Cheers mate
  7. Any profit is a good profit I don't know what it is about Chester but I really struggle there. I won't be piling in on races there tomorrow. However, I do fancy Debussy in the Chester Vase with Too Much Trouble for a place.
  8. Tomorrow's NH Trend picks (projected SPs from Sporting Life): 3:45 Newton Abbot Los Suenos (5/2) 3:45 Newton Abbot Outside Investor (12/1) 6:40 Wincanton Dennis The Legend (12/1) 8:20 Wincanton Wise Men Say (13/2) 8:20 Wincanton Huguenot (4/1)
  9. No problems mate, apart from the fact that there's a profit there! Unbelievable
  10. 1:45 - Archers Road 2nd by a head 2:15 - Roses For The Lady u/p 2:45 - Downhiller (e/w) u/p 3:15 - Angus Newz (e/w) 8/1 3rd 4:00 - Headline Act u/p Bag of shite: how I hate Chester.
  11. If you're alright to keep sticking up your Trial 2 picks then I'm happy to keep backing 'em. A very nice profit in only a couple of weeks
  12. How are you interpreting it? It has won over course and distance on separate occasions and is therefore a course and distance winner..?
  13. I'm trialing the NH one at the moment before getting stuck in. Raslan and Macmar are two that fit the bill in the 6:50 at Exeter. Currently 12 and 8.4 on Betfair.
  14. I had been following them mate, but keeping a watching brief just recently.
  15. Just got back yesterday from a week in Punchestown and Dublin. Good time had by all if now feeling a bit rough. Relatively profitable as well, although those 20-odd runner handicaps really are impossible to fathom. Where's the each way value to back with Rainbow View in the Guineas? Lahaleeb and Serious Attitude for me. Elsewhere on the Newmarket card, Heaven Sent in the 2:35 looks a banker with the Stoute/Moore team in such great form. Another one of their's is Golden Stream in the 5:00. Takaatuf looks the one in the last.
  16. 3:50 (Newcastle) - Fastnet Storm u/p after being backed into favouritism 4:20 (Newcastle) - Capricorn Run u/p 4:50 (Newcastle) - Al Muqtareb u/p Oh dear...
  17. Wild Tonto won at 6/4, but not enough to recoup the losses from the previous five races. I'm surprised he picked Wetherby today as I thought it was an absolute minefield, full of desperately dire races that were almost impossible to fathom.
  18. Aye, apologies Bigtoe: hope you didn't pile on mine. Not my best day either!
  19. 2:20 - Parisian Pyramid 2:55 - Guest Connections (speculative e/w) 3:30 - Bollin Felix 4:05 - House of Lords
  20. Excellent work mate: keep them coming
  21. Aye, good day today lads. Well done all. I bet you were sweating on Gazboolou tylswhite? Definitely a good trend to spot, however, as he might have won if not looking so uncomfortable going left-handed on the final bend.
  22. 66% strike rate on the day will do me
  23. Already better than yesterday
  24. 2:35 (Sandown) - Master Of Disguise 3:10 (Perth) - Mansonn Leda 3:55 (Perth) - C'monthehammers
  25. 2:40 (Perth) - Bermuda Pointe u/p 3:10 (Perth) - Star Lord fell at the last when looking certain to score 3:40 (Perth) - Ollie Magern 2nd 4:10 (Perth) - Rowdy Yeats 2nd 4:40 (Perth) - Rouge Et Blanc Plus two speculative e/w shots: 4:20 (Fontwell) - Miss Merenda u/p 5:00 (Beverley) - Sands of Barra It's getting painful updating these...
