Am I Mard?....
...or was that not the worst weather EVER at the Reebok? Not only cold - but windy, rainy, dark and miserable. I was pissed wet through. I had to question my mentality of sitting in those conditions - watching another helping of shite with shite sauce unfold before my eyes.

Thank fook for that!
Unsure about Vaz Te being MOM. Thought that Diouf played well, and looked to have been denied a certain penalty. I am now convinced he will have to be decapitated to get a penalty from any ref such is his past history. Hunt was appalling. There was one moment when the ball hit him in the back - he wasn't even looking the right way! He hit some terrible passes. But in the end he provided the ball for the equaliser. Jay Jay got going a bit in the 2nd half, I think once he realises that he CANNOT SHOOT, and tries to thread cute little passes through the defence for Diouf, Nolan or Vaz Te to run on to, then we will benefit more from him. I thought Gardner started to improve as the game wore on, and the sooner we get him up the pitch in more dangerous positions the better. Nolan was close on MOM, thought he worked hard, especially when he moved into a more central role upfront. He actually carved out a few openings, including one that Diouf should have scored from. He was also denied a penalty in the 2nd half with a goalbound shot being stopped by a loose arm. Overall, the atmosphere picked up and you have to say it must have helped the players. The more encouragement the better. Finally, no Stelios or Jussi - thank god! Both have been poor in recent weeks. Thought I have to question Allardyce for picking Poole ahead of Oakes. Why? Sure Oakes or even Jussi would have saved their goal.

jussi transfer
Allardyce has said that he needed a rest after 20 months of first team action. Not being sold according to Sam. Rumour at that match was that either MU or Arsenal had bought him.

Stone Roses Reunion in 2005....
So chances are there could be a reunion - minus Squire? ??1m on table for them to tour. Cannot imagine Reni is doing that well, you never really hear of him. As for Brown - he may just go ahead with a backing (tribute) band called Fools Gold. Interesting.

Apparently she let the elder one go. But luckily she found him later, alive. Happy ending.

Stone Roses Reunion in 2005....
...a definite no go according to newspaper reports today. Squire has slagged off Brown - calling him a "tuneless knob". Apparently, earlier reports had suggested the band may make a comeback after Brown had performed a number of Roses classics on his solo tour in 2004.

Surfs Up
http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,3020...3274363,00.html Wipeout! Just been on the Damned forum. One of the people on there has a friend who's ex-husband took his two daughters to Sri Lanka to celebrate their 18th birthdays. He watched in horror as they both got crushed to death near the beach when the waves hit and demolished a building. The magnitude of the whole event gets greater and greater day-by-day. Dwight Yorke has urged all the Premiership players to donate a week's wages.

FAO Multimap Geeks
So Robbie Savage's excuse that he wants to join Blackburn to move closer to his family and leave Birmingham is utter bollocks. I had guessed it would be almost equal. Is he a full shilling?
-
FAO Multimap Geeks
Birmingham to Wrexham. Blackburn to Wrexham. What's the difference in mileage?
-
Neil Lennon
I would take either. Preferably Savage.

Urgent Help needed/ Half Time report
I have sent a review back to him. Briefly.... My stinker was Stelios. Top player - Peders, then Jaidi, lately Davies. Young Un - Vaz Te - don't know any others. Highs - Arsenal, Charlton (H), Newcastle, Liverpool - early season in general Lows - lately. Blackburn at home being the worst. 2005 - Chairman still wants Europe. Fans happy with 12th at best! Just cut & pasted Carlos review as well and emailed him that. He can choose what he wants then.

Neil Lennon
and he's ginger.

Team for WBA
I saw gaping holes against Blackburn! No cover for the full backs. Who in turn were out of position probably covering central defenders - who were probably out of position cos lazy fuckwits like Stelios were wandering around the pitch aimlessly. Sorry if you didn't see that.

the boo boys
Remember the same with Mixu. We got behind him in the home leg of the play offs with Wolves and he, along with Fab DeFreitas came good. I always remember us cheering him and encouraging him, even when he misplaced a pass out of play. A week before we would have hounded him for the same thing.

£50,000 donated by bwfc
Personally I think the Premier League, clubs and players should be donating much, much more. If every player at every Premiership club donated just one week's wage - that would run in to many ??m. One less play thing for them. One less personal number plate. One less flash car, or designer suit. Or stupid jewellry for their bimbo wives.
-
the boo boys
Agree with Ian. However, I am startled by the "Boo-Boy" comment. I spotted a woman booing. I think Alibob was being highly sexist with this thread. Its 2004 love, get PC.

Rooney charged
Agree. With our season going tits up, at least lets try to fcuk up everybody else now! I still say there should have been a 22-man brawl. Something for me to justify paying ??30 on Boxing Day. One to tell the grandkids.

Team for WBA
I think the feeling about Jussi - is that he is too complacent. We as fans have got complacent. And so has the manager. Now its time to shake a few people up. As a keeper who just cannot keep the ball out of his net, its time he had a break. Agree with Salford White - its about the team this thread. Casino chipping in with comments about being too narrow. fcuk, whatever we do, no-one covers the flanks. Hunt and Gardner are forever exposed. And at times, Hunt goes wandering, leaving an entire wing exposed. Problem is, unless you play 442 or a displined 451, then you will always allow the other team to come at you up the wings.
