Derby have a whole host of injuries too. The best managers find ways to win, apart from rinsing and repeat. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expecting anything but the same result.

We've spent nearly a million to go from 2nd to probably 4th. But still, we play nice football. IE has done a great job of lowering a lot of people's expectations
