Trotter is another who apparently he tried to sign for Celtic. I would suggest he's probably changed his mind on those two and maybe others, Dervite perhaps on Mondays horror show.

We dont really know if he's said what he really thinks though, every game every week is giving him more info on certain players. Monday night was first time he hinted that some players weren't at required level plus lack of fitness etc. Up till now he's had to keep some of those onside to get them to play for him. Now it doesn't matter so much. Biggest job he's got is to get rid of the ones like this that aren't out of contract. Only ones out of contract we've heard been offered new ones are Bogdan, Mills, Pratley and the two old un's. What about the others and those he deems not good enough?

Who the fuck is Gary Parker and what qualifies him to have a pop like that? Sounds like a shit John Carver. Well I would say he's one of Lennon's right hand men and 1st team coach who works with the players every day and obviously knows what NL thinks and what the plans are. If he was put up for interview with the clubs own media people maybe what he says is what the management team feel. End of season so maybe time for home truthes rather than trying to massage players ego's.

Ok tell us why he's a good defender ? Gets caught out of position every game at LB and last night confirmed hes not strong enough at CB. Wilson barged him off the ball and hes not even what I'd say is a powerful striker. He's ok as a footballer but very weak ad a defender. Only say what I see....

Well Craig Davies, Lonergan and Mills contracts are all up and the only one we've heard that has been offered a new one is Mills, if the others have then it's not been made public so unless they are willing to take reduced terms then they won't be kept in my opinion. Presume Mills has been offered less hence him not having signed yet. I agree with Traf, that in my opinion Ream isn't a good defender, too weak at CB and not brilliant at LB. Like I said, all about opinion but guess that none of those mentioned bar Ream will be here next season. If he is I don't expect him to be starting much. Don't think we can play any two of Mills, Dervire and Wheater together, in my opinion if fit then Wheater is the best of them with a footballer playing next to him. Heard Danny Wilson being mentioned and he fits that role and he won't be on much money at Hearts.

Ok so who do you think is good enough for the first team out of the ones I've named? You'll probably say Ream and I'd say purely as a leftback not at CB and I dont personally think he's brilliant there either. Its all about opinion and to be fair nether of ours really count,its down to NL. Even then its about who he can shift if their contracts arent up, cant see anyone else paying decent money for any of them otherwise.

Well I'm not sure what you mean really, I don't honestly belive they are good enough to play and if they are part of the squad then potentially they may have to due to injuries, suspensions etc. In reality I'd like to have players in reserve who could challenge for a first team place and not weaken us too much. Leads to complacency if the backups aren't good enough, hence the mess we are in at the moment. We'd look a lot better with the likes of Clough,Pratley,probably Wheater and a big powerful central midfielder which granted we dont currently have.

Reading this with interest and I'm firmly in the Jules camp. I'll name players who aren't good enough starting with the obvious, Feeney - don't know what he offers apart from effort, no quality in either crossing or finishing. Dervite - not good enough. Lonergan - contract up and lets in too many easy ones and his parrying of shots usually ends up in a goal. Trotter - did think there may be a player in there but can't stay fit and for a big lad doesn't impose himself. Moxey - effort doesn't excuse his lack of ability or positioning. Danns - thinks he's better than he is and loses possesion too much. Mills - if he wanted to stay he would have signed already, no composure on the ball. Spearing - not in Lennys plans and not mobile enough. Craig Davies - too injury prone and needs too many chances to score when fit. Rob HalL - Billy big Bollocks and far to light weight. Probably a few young un's like Eaves etc. Tim Ream as a CB he's a no from me and depends if Lenny sees him as a regular left back if he can get someone else in. Big job on in my opinion and will probably take more than this summer. Just want to see us competative which we definitely aren't away from home.

Not beyond the realms of possibility it's something as simple as the way he sits in his car or such like. Seem to recall that Mr Giggs had similar problems and that was found to be the cause, he also got into yoga in a big way, maybe Davies or the club should have been looking at this, you would think a Pro player would look at every option to stay fit. All too easy to blame the training pitch and training methods. Agree with the fact that we won't be extending his deal, too much of a risk.

Iles has just posted on BN site that NL doesnt consider him at the standard fitness wise ! Not injured as such, dont know how the guy can get properly fit if he doesnt get any games. Should have played for u21s yesterday

Baffling decision he's not involved, experienced, talker, not the quickest but decent. Dont see point of him actually being here now, know its a season long loan but he must be wondering what needs to happen for him to get a game.

Players back to bottling it, need a clearout, not heard Danns name mentioned on commentary yet. Our defence cant cope with any pace against them.

Clarke context and comments First and foremost, and I should know this by now, twitter is not the place for this sort of thing, as it takes more than 140 characters to talk about anything seriously. So already I wish I hadn’t said anything, not because I regret the comment, but because the choice of forum was wrong and frankly understandable if people are riled up. Next thing is, I don’t suddenly want to air a list of grievances that sound sensationalist and do some tabloid’s job for them. Clarke and I have history, that involves money, lies, on one notable occasion me being interrogated by the police over something I knew nothing about… and all sorts of other stuff. Now, when it comes to mental illness, I understand it, I’ve lived around it, I’ve supported it, I fight against the stigmatization of it and so on. I think it’s a very real issue with a long road to go to combat it. So that said, on to this case… It’s extremely difficult to watch someone repeatedly ruin other people’s lives, then explain it in such a way that makes them immune to criticism. And it keeps happening. It’s now reached a point where, as this proves, it’s like emotional touch paper. And sure, I’m not a professional expert on mental health, and no doubt, neither are you. But I know more about this particular case than you do just because you read about it in the Sun, or saw a documentary. There comes a point where it’s just frustrating to witness someone constantly hammering the pattern of destruction for those around – and I was once one of those around - only to see the destructive force make a moving and sincere apology… then do it again. (On reflection, that’s the nature of addiction/illness, and I know that all too well, but as I say, a rash tweet and it’s not the place for it. ) I should also say that during the course of this twitter… whatever it is, Clarke has been in touch with a retrospective apology over things that went on a long time ago, and I think that has to be respected by all, myself included. Anyway... You have to be in a dark place to attempt suicide, and only a fool would suggest otherwise. However, I do find myself thinking that when you’ve been driving drunk five (is it?) times, risking lives of countless other people, and even in your darkest hour still manage to involve a lorry driver who could have died himself, and now has to live with that trauma and memory every day fro the REST of his life… Personally my stores of empathy start to dry up after a while. Am I really that out of order for suggesting that’s not on? Do we repeatedly overlook reckless destruction of other lives beacause someone apologizes, again and again, and says it’s an illness? Isn't there a point where we can go, "enough is enough"? I hate drink driving, I really do. I know victims of it, who have died, been paralysed, or lost loved ones, and I’ve watched this man get caught doing it several times then publicly forgiven, lauded, and handed a bloody good career! I’m sorry but that annoys me! And I think that’s my overriding feeling. I don’t feel sad for Clarke any more, I was drained of that some time ago. Instead I feel sad, and maybe a little angry, for Gemma, and the kids, and the lorry driver, and the people who dived out of the way of the car all those years ago, and all the other people who have been fucked over and over and over… you know who you are. Of course I wish Clarke a strong recovery – and not just from the crash. It would be a better world if he and all other sufferers of such an insidious disease could find a way to fight the good fight. But when he does end up facing the drink driving charges, this time around, I hope, not least out of respect for the hundreds of drink driving victims who tweet me every year, they throw the book at him. I don’t think that makes me a cunt, or gobshite, or a wanker, or any other delightful name some of you came up with, but hey it’s a free country. Though, as a final thought, I would say again, I’m a fool for forgetting that twitter is not, and never will be, the place for a comment like that. Errr no ! I'm sure Scott Brown would be first name on list if Lennon could get him, captain of Celtic, captain of Scotland, just signed a new contract not long ago, think we may have bid for him a few years ago when he went to Celtic from Hibs and that was when we were in Prem. Cracking player and would be Captain material. Think Lennon sees a bit of himself in him.

Obviously his reputation goes before him but doesn't come across anything like this whatsoever. Nice bloke and seems passionate about BWFC and getting success with us.
