  6. Just been emailed the following from a city supporting friend.. Following in the footsteps of Kiki Musampa, Bolton Wanderers are set to sign brother Kris, an attacking right-midfielder. The signing will take place in the mid-season transfer window with Bolton paying his existing club Rosenborg in instalments. Sam Allardyce, Bolton manager said "Kris Musampa will be a welcome box of tricks".
  7. You didn't Sky+ it did you? I did, but when I got home it had vanished from the planner. Didn't even say failed, it had just disappeared. I caught the highlights later on. I take it not much happened in the first 30 mins as the highlights seemed to start from 31 minutes.

  9. are we exempt from round 2 of the Carling Cup due to UEFA cup involvment? Or does that depend on getting past round 1 into the UEFA group stage?
  10. October and November are a bit quiet on the home games, just 1 each month
  11. 15.09.2005 - also the exact date the missus is due to drop our first sprog. Mega conflict of interest or what!!
  12. I've been tempted by an mp3 player for quite some time, just haven't got round to it. But I've done my research, and the Creative Zen Touch would be my choice too.
  13. Renewed on 24th May, not arrived yet. EDIT: just rang to find out why. The occasional ones have gone out but the majority will go out in bulk, North this week, West next week, East the week after that.
  14. I tried to do mine online last week but it crashed, so I rang up instead and did it over the phone. He said the cards would be posted in 2 or 3 weeks time.
  15. When we tried to get tickets for our usual seats, we were told that the East Upper would be closed for the game. Which doesn't really bode well for the capacity, so they shouldn't be whinging about less fans when they shut half the bloody ground. The root of the problem goes back further though... I still have nightmares about the Tranmere game last year, and when you hear that "Sam will be ringing the changes for the cup game" again, it doesn't help either. Who cares if the price is lower, I want to go to see us win, or at the very least try to win. Having said all that, I would have gone on Saturday but I had something else on.
  16. Yeah, got it, can't stop playing. Possibly the best game ever. Was up till 4am playing it last night, so a bit bleary-eyed today.
  17. Poll for postal applications, after Wednesday's post has arrived.
