Gutted to hear this, i used to go in there when i was only 15/16. I thought it was the dogs at the time mainly 'cause id managed to get in and no-one else my age could This whole sad time of the times could be solved in my opinion, if they brought in smoking pubs or smoking ares within the pub, banning it has killed the pub industry especially working men's clubs etc. Layton institute ,near me in Blackpool is nowhere near as busy as it was...people used to come from miles around to visit it. It's quiet most of the time now for the simple reason, people just don't want to be arsed going out side for a smoke.
