Shite, very disapointed - Going to change my user name in disgust.

sky plussed it and just about to watch, take it i shouldn't bother

You should bother. Utter shite is unfair, some funny moments but it was a bit disappointing after the hype, which was to be expected I suppose. Am sure it will pick up tho.

that was the biggest load of kak I've seen on telly for years

not the best admittedly, but i will persevere.

but then again, i wasn't a massive fan of the film.

i think i love the girl that plays  though, bloody love her.smile.gif

Yeah Vicky McClure - me too, have done since Romeo Brass, summat really foxy about her. filthy accent too.

showed some promise but what was with the OTT comedy bully?!?

film was good because it was so gritty with appropriate humour thrown in

there was something "shameless" about it last night, trying to be funny and that

She's alreet, but I thought her Sister was better...

That said, Smell always scares me a little...she looks like someone's blown a balloon up inside her face!

Thought it was very average last night...hoping for much better next week

I think it'll come good, I hope it was just scene setting last night. There did seem to be a lot of filler though - walking moodily around, smoking moodily in cars, wizzing around hospital corridors in wheelchairs - without moving the story on enough.

The trouble is that whereas This Is England was basically a coming of age tale of one boy, this seems to be more ensemble and until we know if we're really focusing on the story of  and Woody or Shaun or 's family it seems a bit disjointed with two many competing main stories. Mind you it was only the first one.

Great music as well.

It was shyte.

Agreed, she was tidy!

The film was pants so didn't even bother with that last night. Deadliest Catch on Discovery for this pea brain last night.

That comedy bully is the spit of Jonny Briggs' older brother Albert.

(Jonny Briggs as in the 80's kids tv programme that is).

Indeed! Sky+ it and watched it yesterday... i dunno why but i'd love to spend a day out there with them... just to see if it's as horrific as it looks...

amen to that, i was hoping for a good nostalgic sound track n a bit of shaggin to kick it on a bit. that smell looks weird like she's had a jaw put through the back of her skull

I think if you looked at her off the back of a spoon she would look OK!!!

Either last weeks was a bit shit on purpose to make this weeks look good, or that were friggin brilliant!?

Miles better that tonight

Some classic moments last night. Still not breaking any pots - but good.

Anyone on here ever tried fire & ice?

(oh, was that  banging in the white BMW at the end - if so, who with?)

I assumed it was with Milky.

Funny as fuck when he was sniffing sherbet dip and start to gurn. ::lol::

take it you were you not paying attention then to the main plot of the episode?

Last nights was better, but still a bit too Shameless-eqsue. Particularly that bullshit bit at the beginning when they were singing outside at 4 in the morning. Not to mention the ridiculous way they made that little kid look like his real dad - complete with over-sized glasses, flat cap and fucking side-burns.
