I'm not too fussed that we missed out on Morgan. Morgan was pretty much a replacement for Mills, there will be plenty of other defenders available. I really think if we were desperate to sign Morgan, the deal would have already been wrapped up by now.

Amos is probably too busy playing snooker with his best mate Clough.

Amos is very calm and composed, it's also a bonus that he can kick with either foot as well.

Get Amos, Pratley & Morgan sorted in the next week or so and we're doing OK.

Personally, I think it's great news. Pratley has been a revelation under Lennon and he looks a different player altogether, than the player who was being managed by the two useless clowns before.

I'd imagine with Boggers looking highly likely to sign for Liverpool and us possibly signing Amos, I reckon we could save a few quid on wages. Releasing Lonergan has also helped financially too. I'd imagine Lennon is looking to bring in an experienced number 2 who would provide competition and be on a fraction of what Lonergan was on.

The Wilson Palacios rumour is in today's Sun. Apparently Palacios has held talks with us and providing he can prove his fitness, he will sign for us.

Pretty sure Madine is done and dusted. Maybe the lad has grown up? I doubt many posters on here haven't made mistakes in their past? "Gary Madine our goal machine!"

Pratley was decent for most of last season and IMO, he would be worth keeping. As mentioned above, Pratley is now 30, we shouldn't be offering contracts past 2 years at that age and Pratley isn't Premiership material. I think 10k a week is plenty, no more.

Apparently Dougie wanted Bogdan too, so much for not wanting to sign ex players etc. I wouldn't be surprised if Dougie tries to sign Amos now, but I can't see Amos signing for 10K a week at Forest. I'm still confident we can sign Amos.

I'd take £1.5 million for Mavies, Lennon could sign two decent players for that kind of money and pay them both Decent salaries too. Mavies must be on close to 20k a week.
