You predicted we would beat Tottenham 3-1 so forgive us for not hanging on to your every word.Getting a point against West Brom is the hard part for these players. They can't function as an adequate PL team in home games. If WBA give 100% they'll win.

Only drawing with Sunderland was the killer. It was a must win. Getting a win from either Spurs or West Brom at home is too much for these poor players.Winning away at Stoke is possible but I expect to be relegated on Sunday now.I can't see a Roy Hodgson team not beating well organised enough to beat these.

Proof that Arabs are better owner than Jews
  4. I mentioned he is a good un during the week. Unfortunately i think today was a must win for Bolton......there's been nothing to suggest we are good enough to win the home games against Spurs and West Brom and we have to win one of them now. QPR won't lose at both Chelsea and City.We will need more than 4 points
  5. I think we have to win today, I certainly won't take a draw before kick off. We are better away from home and are more likely to get 3 points today than off Tottenham or WBA imo.A team that gets outplayed at home by Fulham and Swansea can't be banking on winning home games. I think QPR, Wigan and Villa would all take Bolton "only" drawing at Sunderland
  6. Did the suicide squad of 1993 stay at home moaning because Rioch had picked Andy Walker against a set of backward Taffs?
  7. I remember them being herded along the front of the Paddock and put in the Embankment so they must have been in either the Lever End or the Paddock.I was in the Manchester Road seats in 80/81 and they were in there but nothing like the numbers they had in the Burnden Stand in 1983.What a fucking turnout from Chelsea that was in our section of the Burnden Stand.Leeds and Chelsea did the same thing within a few weeks of each other and I think that was the inspiration for Bolton's young firm to take liberties away from home in the coming seasons.
  8. When we already had Reo-Coker and Muamba a defensive midfielder is one of the last things we needed.Unless like Coyle you don't think Muamba is any good. We had to buy a centre half to replace Cahill and both the strikers and wingers were weaker than our defensive midfield options. We certainly needed another Holden but which team outside the top 4 isn't looking for someone that good. Our problem is that we can't pay the going rate for top players .
  9. If an employee had badmouthed me and then went on the sick i'd just ignore them and let the doctors do their jobs, Coyle has gone out of his way to be nice although some of it might be down to deflecting attention from the impending relegation.
  10. The existing strikers we had weren't good enough and we didn't have the money to buy an established one so took a long shot on a young lad growing up within weeks. It's too early to write Sordell off as a failure at Bolton yet.
  11. He's like one of those central midfield players that other clubs have, can tackle, pass the ball and run with it.
  12. Exactly. It'll no doubt be a foreigner who isn't getting picked doing the moaning at Bolton not a local boy who loves the club.
